ABOUT ME

I'm a nutrition & fitness coach who is passionate about teaching people how to lose fat in a healthy and sustainable way. I started my fitness journey in 2016 and have been obsessed with learning everything I can about the science of fat loss ever since. I believe that too many fitness professionals are spreading misinformation about what you can and cannot eat and how you should move. My goal is to teach you the real science behind fat loss so that you can make informed decisions about your own health and fitness.

I have a background in corporate analytics, which I use to inform my coaching methods. I believe in taking a data-driven approach to fat loss, and I work with my clients to create customized plans that are based on their individual needs and goals. I also make a point of explaining the whys behind every goal or change I make, so that my clients understand why they're doing what they're doing.

My ultimate goal is to help my clients achieve their fitness goals in a way that is both healthy and sustainable. I want to teach them how to make lifestyle changes that they can stick to for life, so that they can enjoy the benefits of a healthy body and mind for years to come
